I stay at this hotel every time I am visiting family in Glasgow. I happened upon it by mistake, but what a great mistake. The staff are polite, friendly and always helpful. The rooms are brilliant, the beds sooo comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The food at breakfast is fine (apart from the orange juice) I would always choose to stay here because of the comfort, convenience and cleanliness. The prices are always reasonable too.

We had a wonderful experience with them, we'll definitely come back again when we visit Scotland. We enjoyed the snow outside the hotel, near the racecourse. Very memorable moment with the family. Employees were corteous and helpful in every way. Breakfast was also the highlight of our stay and the peaceful and relaxing sleep every night

Our second time staying here (we stayed for 4-5 days) and will always come back. Pet friendly hotel that we enjoy seeing people’s pets walking around (we didn’t have a pet). Lovely view of horse race fields. The room was clean and room service was efficient. Wifi was good enough for a vdo conference. Lightning in room and a/c control were perfect. Free plenty parking spots. Fine breakfast included. Only one thing could have been added is more cloth hangers and hooks for coats/towels in the room.

This hotel is amazing. From the staff to the rooms. The food quality is amazing and value for money. The location is perfect. The staff cannot do enough for you. The only one downside is there is no complimentary robes or slippers..which I would expect..even from a lesser quality hotel.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's in an excellent location for traveling to Edinburgh and the west of Scotland. The hotel was spotless, up to date, and a delight to stay at. Me and my family will definitely stay here again. The was no noise at night and the rooms were cleaned each day as if we had just checked in. They did a great job! Very modern hotel in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite. They always had a smile on their faces!! Well done guys!

Nice fresh looking hotel, food is probably the one thing letting it down. Breakfast is OK but cooked is not the best in selection although continental is spot on. Option to have fried egg would be nice...mushrooms appear amd taste like boiled rather than cooked with little butter...maybe meant to be healthier choice...

Great hotel. Modern & clean. Breakfast included in price, free parking. Digital room key very handy. Only complaint that removes 1 star is hot food at breakfast quite slow at being replenished.
